Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date an order is received.
- Items to be returned must have their original packaging, identification labels, and inner and outer packaging intact, and the product must not have been used.
- If any item on an invoice is returned or exchanged, all gifts supplied with that invoice must also be returned.
- Orders paid for on delivery cannot be returned or exchanged, except in special cases determined by Ramdah Prime.
- Payments made electronically will be refunded within no more than fourteen business days after the returned product reaches Ramdah Prime.
- The customer bears all costs associated with returning or exchanging products, including shipment from the customer’s location to Ramdah Prime and the value of the product if the return results in damage or makes it unsuitable for further use.
- Ramdah reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove parts of the Returns and Exchanges Policy for the online store or showrooms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website without prior notice. Please review this policy regularly.
